Eagle Park is located across from Joe Stephenson Park. The park was named for the two eagles that are carved in one of the trees and for the real eagles that spend some of their time there. The park has a large wooden picnic pavilion that is perfect for birthday parties, reunions, or weddings and a large playground area that is surrounded by lush green grass with lots of spacious areas for kids to run and play. It also has horseshoe pits and a river access that can be used for all sorts of outdoor fun. Eagle Park and Joe Stephenson Park are now fully integrated by a walking path under the Twin Bridges.
